SBA Credit Officer

Direct Hire | $100,000 - $150,000

Must Reside in Arizona | 4 days Remote, 1 day Onsite

In this role, you will:

· Manage and monitor a portfolio of SBA 504, SBA 7(a), and USDA loans

  • Support underwriting and servicing through financial analysis, documentation review, and annual reviews
  • Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, fostering strong relationships and retention
  • Identify and resolve documentation, servicing, and compliance exceptions
  • Monitor delinquency and credit risk, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with SBA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal lending teams to support deal execution, loan modifications, and draw approvals

Requirements:

· 5+ years of SBA or commercial credit experience

· Strong working knowledge of SBA 504 and 7(a) programs (USDA a plus)

· Experience reviewing, approving, and recommending SBA credit requests

· Solid understanding of SBA SOPs, underwriting standards, and compliance requirements

· Ability to analyze complex financial statements, cash flow, and loan structures

· Experience partnering with underwriting, servicing, closing, and special assets teams

· Must reside in Arizona and attend on-site meetings one day per week
